Photo 1Service Continuous specializes in continuous mesh belt atmosphere heat treating. Our continuous furances are capable of processing large volumes of small parts. These furnaces have precise atmosphere and temperature control to maintain uniform case depths and provide uniform hardness from part to part. One of our three furnaces utilizes a modified marquench oil formulated to minimize distortion.

  • Photo 3(3) Can-Eng 44" wide mesh belt heat treating systems complete with automatic weigh loading, pre and post washing, high heat and tempering furnaces, with oil quenching capable of processing in excess of 200,000 pounds per day.
  • Inspection and testing laboratory equipment consists of Rockwell standard and superficial hardness and microhardness testing equipment, microscope, and assorted mounting and polishing equipment capable of processing 200 microspecimens per day.
  • Transportation is available with 2-48' semitrucks and a 20' straight truck.
  • 6 cubic foot tumbleblast
